What do you do?

We make cupcakes for all  occasions, available to buy online for pick up and delivery.

Do you have cupcakes available to buy in store?

Not yet. Hopefully in the near future.  

 

Do you have a minimum order?

We have a minimum order of 12 for a single flavor.

 

What is you cancellation policy? 
We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your order less than 48-hours in advance from when you receive confirmation from us

you will still be charged in full. Sorry, no refunds for no shows or same day cancellations.

 

Do you do custom designs?

Not at this time. 

 

How far in advance do I need to order?

We require ordering  to be completed a minimum of 2 days prior to desired delivery.  Please add desired delivery date to the "notes" section during checkout. We will respond within 24 hours to confirm your order. Delivery dates are subject to availability. Please email for rush orders, subject to additional fees. Only until we've acknowledged the order,  received payment in full and sent back confirmation will your order be finalized.

Do you offer Wedding/Event cupcakes?

Yes. Please contact us to discuss options.

Do you offer gluten free/vegan/allergy free cakes?

We now offer gluten free as an option on some of our flavors.

Please ask if you require any further information about specific allergens.

How do I store my cupcakes?

Our cupcakes don’t need to be kept in the fridge but can be if you prefer. Ideally just keep them in a cool dry place until you are ready to eat!

We do however recommend all cream cheese frosted cupcakes be refrigerated.

Why are your cupcakes more expensive than "regular" cupcakes?

There are several reasons why. Here are a couple.

• We are a small home based business and we take our time to ensure you'll be receiving the best product possible. 

• These are no run of the mill cupcakes. Think specialty dessert shop or restaurant menu. You'll be receiving cupcakes made from the freshest ingredients, handcrafted from recipes perfected over the last few years. This will be an elevated cupcake experience!

We offer local delivery to the greater Las Vegas Valley. Please see our delivery page for details. 

 

Do you ship?

We do not ship at this time.

We do not release all of our ingredient lists as we have spent years perfecting our recipes. We will be happy to address specific questions via email.
